As usual, great work was performed on my ancient auto (15 years old).This time, my rack and pinion (etc...) was replaced, and they performed the work exactly as planned with no delays.I took advantage of their Camarillo Car Car Shuttle Van (catching a ride back to the house, and the other ride back to pick-up my car).Great service.

Timely for setting up the appointment. Service was done quickly, but not fully checked out prior to pick up of the vehicle. There wasn't any followup to be sure the issue was resolved and so the vehicle continued to have the same issue and worse then when brought in. Office staff did admit that the mechanic must not have checked the vehicle out after finishing the work, maybe it was because it was a Friday afternoon and they wanted to get home for the weekend, but it should have had followup after the service. People were all friendly and nice to deal with. AAA discount is nice.
