Prices are very high. Customer service skills fine in person but otherwise lacking. Promised to call with results of diagnostic by end of day and didn't (had car for 4 hours before end of day). When I brought this up the excuse was the diagnosis wasn't done and he didn't want to waste time with a call that wasn't "valuable." My piece of mind not being valuable. I had to explain why courtesy to the customer is valuable. Oh and my car vibrates now when I drive it, and it didn't before. I don't want to take it back here though. 2 stars because they were thorough in explaining everything they thought needed fixing on my car (their estimate actually exceeded the value of my car....)

Courteous customer service. Got the job done quickly and future services needed were explained. Comfortable and clean waiting area with cookies and coffee.

This facility does an excellent job servicing my car. They are up front with prices and and follow through with their promises. They treat me with respect and and communicate openly about all charges.

Every time Intake my car tonthe Camarillo Car Care Center, I am never disappointed. The front office technicians and mechanics are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to help diagnose the problem with my car. The Center also offers shuttles rides within Camarillo tontake me to my office while my car is being worked on. I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend the Camarillo Car Care Center to anyone.
