I had my front end aligned at a local tire shop. After the tires were aligned, they said I needed new ball joints. I believed they were trying to up sell me into a service that I thought was questionable. I decided that I would go to a certified AAA auto center to inspect. First time I’ve been to this shop. I paid a little to have the car inspected. Very detailed inspection showing (with pictures) that ball joints were in good condition. Omar went over every line item that needed attention. Very professional. I think they charged a fair price for services rendered. Definitely coming back to have my other car serviced.

After I dropped of my car, I requested synthetic oil change to my service advisor, Omar Becerra and expressed about my #1 concern oil leak. First, Jesus L changed my oil and rotated my tires, and inspected my car. Four hours into the service, Omar Becerra texted me the results of my car inspection. Few minutes later, he called me about the recommended services such as replacing battery and valve cover gasket w/spark plug tube seals. Then, he quoted the price of $751.73 including sales tax over the phone. The labor was $411.00 and the parts was $317.7. The total cost of $751.73 was same as quoted over the phone. Furthermore the price is reasonable for the services done. Because my car would be ready for pick-up at 5:00 PM, Omar Becerra even called me at 4:30 PM to start walking over there. Therefore, this is the best place in Camarillo to go for car repair and maintenance.
