My family has been going to Camarillo Car Care for years and have had some pretty crazy situations, but they always come through. Had an F250 that had the steering gear break and send a piece into the system causing the steering to lock up randomly. Not good when towing on a grade with the whole family and a trailer pushing you. The mechanic took his own truck apart to figure it out and save us money. He cleared the system and I have never had another problem with the steering since (5+yrs now). Recently bought a trailblazer for my son I thought was good to go, but turned out it needed a new fuel tank and a lot of work. They tracked down a used tank because they don’t manufacture them anymore and installed it. I know I don’t have to worry when they do the work because they always get it right, or will keep trying until they do. They have excellent customer service and are above and beyond with honest communication. No one like to pay to fix their car, so make sure you get it done once the right way.

I had a great time at Car Care Center. Friendly environment. I had a smoke test done. I got and got out quickly. They also have a very nice waiting room.

I came in for a check on a warning light. After a technician looked, I was told it was probably something that had an extended warranty for my car. I appreciate the honesty of telling me that I could probably get the job done cheaper at the dealership. I did have a radiator fluid change and will go back to have some other work done.
