This was the first time I had to get a smog certificate and my check engine light was on. I called CCC and talked to the owner who reassured me that they could work on my hybrid, do a diagnostic, and if the problem was quickly fixable complete the smog certificate. They sent me a list of the problems discovered and discussed the priority of each one with me and my son. I was able to get the split hose to the manifold fixed right away and that allowed the smog to be approved. I chose a couple of other things to fix and got my car back in 2days, running great.

Each time I take my car for service I have received friendly, efficient and accurate help and will continue to bring my car as recommended in the future.

Service was handled timely and the personnel were professional, other than having to put air in the right front tire the following day due to low tire pressure light coming on.
