From the start, Dan was extremely helpful on the phone and in person and took notice of the specific items we wanted checked in addition to the detailed checklist. Although a great deal, the car was on the more expensive end, so I wanted to make sure this would be a good investment for our family for the next ten+ years - (we keep our cars until they die!). We decided not to purchase the vehicle with so many unknowns related to this specific used car that had been a rental and had high mileage.
