The service was excellent. I had called and informed Patrick that the catalytic converter on my wife’s Prius had been stolen. I wanted an estimate on the cost and he said that he would look into it. He called back and gave me the estimate and I gave him the go a head and to service the car as well. In the mean time I did a little research for the prevention of having the catalytic converter stolen again. I found a company and called Patrick about the product. He had heard about them, had me order it and drop shipped to his business. It arrived and it was installed thanks to his great team. The Prius is running great again. Camarillo Car Care is that. They care about your car and are great people to work with. Thanks.....

This was the first time I had to get a smog certificate and my check engine light was on. I called CCC and talked to the owner who reassured me that they could work on my hybrid, do a diagnostic, and if the problem was quickly fixable complete the smog certificate. They sent me a list of the problems discovered and discussed the priority of each one with me and my son. I was able to get the split hose to the manifold fixed right away and that allowed the smog to be approved. I chose a couple of other things to fix and got my car back in 2days, running great.

Each time I take my car for service I have received friendly, efficient and accurate help and will continue to bring my car as recommended in the future.
