I brought our Lexus in for service, including an oil change, transmission fluid change and fuel injection system service. I also asked that suspension and brakes be checked. Dan was my service advisor and ensured the work was completed on time. The car was test driven before pick-up and ran well. When I started home, the car went into limp mode. I returned to the shop where Dan and owner Patrick quickly diagnosed that the problem involved the fuel injection service and how occasionally fluid remains trapped in small engine passages. On restart, the issue had been resolved. Dan took the car for a test drive to ensure it was running properly. Patrick apologized for the inconvenience and graciously provided a free oil change on my next visit. I have trusted Camarillo Car Care with my vehicles for the past 20 years. This family owned business has always provided fair, honest and reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for those qualities in an automotive repair shop.

Excellent service

I had overheating issues when working in Camarillo and was unable to get my car home. When I arrived I met with Omar and was quickly helped, he even called a car rental service and got a shuttle for me since I needed a vehicle to get home. The car repair was prompt, reasonable and warrantied Will definitely be back.
