Scott was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. I dropped my car on Friday morning and got my quote by lunch time the same day. My car required a lot of replacement parts. I was expecting the repairs to take over a week but they got it back to me by the following Wednesday and were even able to reduce the amount from the original estimate significantly. This efficiency was a pleasant surprise and saved me a ton of money. Their honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I recently took my car to Camarillo Car Care Center and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, and despite needing quite a bit of work, it was ready by Thursday afternoon. The speed of the repair was remarkable, but what stood out even more was the excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me informed at every step, which I really appreciated. I had to have a smog test done. CCCC was professsional. I had an appointment and they took me right on time. I was shown to their pristine waiting room for a short period of time. My car passed. I was given my paperwork etc and was off to AAA for my new tags. Easy peasy.
