I recently had the 120K service completed on my 2002 Lexus RX300. I made the appointment online after receiving an email reminder. Check-in was easy, and I was provided a ride home by Pat,the owner of the business. I found him to be a very nice man who truly cares about his clientele and the reputation of his business. I was kept informed by phone as to the progress of the work and given the opportunity to approve additional work that needed to be done. The car was ready when promised, and I was able to use a $25 gift card I had received in the mail before the service was scheduled. I'm confident that all work was performed correctly as it is backed by their 24-month warranty. I am a satisfied customer.

This is my favorite car repair shop in Ventura County, and the best one I have ever patronized here and in other communities. The service personnel know exactly how to describe and explain what is needed on the car. And the mechanics are always spot on. A+

I was very pleased that Dan was able to take my car in without an appointment to check out an intermittent noise. He went the extra mile asking that I take him for a test drive to see if he could actually experience hearing the noise. Naturally, there was no noise during the test drive, but he had a technician check out everything they could think of.

Don't think I will be seeing you guys for awhile. I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge and I just love it. So, I am under warranty for some time. If this car lasts a long as the Windstar I will be back. Thanks for all your many times of working on my vehicle. Eva Jones
