I was only in for a smog check. Went smoothly. I had an appointment and you were prompt on the service which was appreciated.Here's a thought - they only "recommended service" noted was that my battery cables were a tad corroded. If the goal was to exceed customer expectations, you could have cleaned them for no additional charge. Not required of course but would have been a nice touch. Customers love that kind of thing.
Maintenance performed promptly and car delivered on time. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

Easy as always. Arrived at appointed time, waited in back for 45 minutes... and then drove away with smog check completed. Everyone is always a pleasure to talk with there as well, and they do try to convey other potential issues with my cars.

The staff of Camarillo Car Care (CCC) are always prompt in making appointments on my schedule and work is completed in a timely manner. All work is explained thoroughly and if more work is necessary above the original estimate, we are notified immediately before continuing. They squarely stand behind their warranty and if something goes wrong with the item(s) - which has almost never happened in the 25 years we have been using their services - it is immediately corrected to our satisfaction. CCC is our first choice for auto repair.
