First time using Camarillo Car Care Center to service my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and the experience from beginning to end was absolutely great! Dan was very friendly, professional and explained every issue they found in detail and he also provided pictures showing what needed servicing or replacing. Dan never pressured me to agree to any repair but placing my trust in him and Camarillo Car Care Center was justifyed as the repairs I authorized were done flawlessly and on time, as promised. If you're considering bringing your vehicle to this shop for repairs, I would highly recommend you do just that. This shop was outstanding!! Believe all the other positive reviews! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for other services! Patrick was fantastic.Very calm and welcoming. He Listened throughly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand (I am not a car person). They were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day when my car died in the parking lot. They took the time to examine my car and diagnose the issues as well as some other issues that are not pressing but to make me an aware. They were able to get the repair done days earlier than expected! They had my car back up and running in 24 hours. Car issues are never fun but this shop made it easy and I felt taken care of. They have been in business for over 30 years for a reason!

Called me every day to keep me informed on the repairs and worked alot calling the warranty company. Did the repairs that were important and I recommend them.professional and kind manager. They let me know whT wasn't covered by the warranty company too. Keep me up to date every day. If there was any delays they let me know and also told me about very important preventative maintenance.
