Paid a little too much to replace an engine coil on my 2006 BMW. An excellent mechanic base on the car symptom should have known what was wrong with the car.This is my honest opinion

Thank you for the comments. The technician did find the correct answer the first time and we informed the customer as quickly as possible. We believe we charged a fair price for services that came with a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty.

The work was done in a relatively short period of time and appears to be done correctly. The shuttle service was great with no delays and riding around with many dropoff locations. The price was reasonable for the work done.

When we got our car back we had a problem with brakes that perhaps should have been detected during original repairs but then I not trained in this field of work.

This notification does not work:1. Wrong information provided since vehicle was in fact serviced as recommended by CCC.2. The license plate is not correct...whose is it3. Attempts to make an appointment just to test your system, failed.
