I am so happy that I changed my car service to Camarillo Car Care. MY CAR RUNS BETTER THAN IT HAS IN A LONG TIME. I bought the care at Honda on Johnson in 1998 and have been getting my service there until recently. I would never go back there. As an example, I was having warm air coming out of my air conditioner vent and asked for it to be fixed. After 2 years of "we tested it and there's nothing wrong with it', the air from the vent was as hot as the outside air. This time when i drove away angry d upset and HOT, i drove right back and asked for a particular mechanic, whom I had asked for to begin with. I asked him to get in the care and put on trhe air. Obviously, HOT air came out of the vent. He apologized, but, after 2 years of being very uncomfortable, the service was not free. This is only one of 3-4 issues where my car and i were not treated appropriately. After the last time, i had had it. After the final straw, in a meeting with the Manager, I told him I thought the poor service was a result of my being a female. He did not comment on that.The staff at CamCarCare is excellent, as is the service your car gets. They found things wrong with my car that Honda had never identified as being wrong.
