As usual, the work was excellent and on time. This was a major-major maintenance requiring 2 days of labor.

AS ALWAYS RON WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINED VARIOUS ASPECTS ABOUT GETTING MY 2002 CAMRY SMOGED

This past visit was a quick & simple part replacement which Ron accomplished in mere seconds, in spite of having told me he'd never done it before. (I think he was just being modest.)

I just moved back into town and needed a long term auto maintenance company. I found Camarillo Car Care on google and was sold while speaking with Ron on the phone. When I showed up to my appointment I was greeted by the owner, Patrick Walton, who had a genuine smile and was dressed to impress. The facility was very well taken care off. Clean, organized and regularly maintained. The waiting room had fresh coffee and a fridge full of complementary drinks. It even smelt clean! Throughout my appointment, Patrick communicated with me about everything that was going on and made sure to meet all of the maintenance care needs for my BMW. From a basic oil change, to new wiper blades and hood springs, I knew how much each was going to cost and told the pros and cons of replacing or not replacing these items. Overall, I was more than impressed with the business. And have found a new home of any and all of my auto needs. Thanks!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist and please their customers. There was a minor mishap while the mechanic was working on my vehicle. The service man called me and explained the situation. The shop took full responsibility for the repair. Altho my car had to be in the shop a while longer, they provided me with a rental car at their expense. I understand accidents do happen, however, they took care of me in a very professional way.e

I have been taking my cars to Camarillo Car Care Center for almost 20 years. Enough said.

Dan always does a good job of researching so that I feel I get a good deal on my car maintenance work. I just have to remember to call you in advance since I have a MINI and you don't always have the parts on hand.
