Ron was friendly helpful and informed. The mechanic worked hard to get my van back to me as quickly as possible. And even though the cost was high it wasn't unreasonable. What they estimated my bill at was what it was no hidden fees. Good experience, good customer service and a good job done well adds up to a satisfied customer!

As always I had a great experience with Ron Merson at CCCC. Not only did he take great care of me at the shop yesterday, but a couple of days before that I called him for some advice on one of my cars and he patiently talked me through what I needed to do. No pressure to bring the car to CCCC right now - he just explained my options (it was a dead battery and alternator and I was stuck at Sears)...he's always that way and it's why I take all my cars to CCCC for all their repair needs.
